Arrived in hong kong on the 27th and will be leaving 11pm tomorrow night.
So nice to be with family, They ave been showing us such a great time we have forgotten to take photos.
I think we are a bit tired of being tourists and just want to enjoy what hong kong has to offer.
We have been here before, albeit 29 years ago on our honeymoon. Things have changed but I think for the better. It seems much more cosmopolitan when we were here last it was still a commonwealth colony, but there were very few expats living here.
We went to a place called mid levels yesterday, this is mid way up the mountain in hong kong, it is terraced streets with every king of Resturant you can imagine, italian, Greek, tibetan, English etc. Amazing you would not have seen this last time.
There was a typhoon that blew by last week, that was a good excuse to rest. I have since taken on my duty to shop till I drop with a passion, and guess what one more full day left, staying in discovery bay today, and having lamb roast. But back to my favorite Resturant at mui wo tomorrow yummy.
